As first-time parents, the journey leading up to the birth of our baby boy was filled with excitement, anticipation, and a fair share of anxiety. The moment we walked through your doors, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a level of care that immediately put our minds at ease. The successful treatment and delivery of our precious baby boy would not have been possible without your treatment, care and all the guidance during this period. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and service provided by your hospital during my daughter's recent hospitalization from September 25, 2023, to October 5, 2023. Our experience at your hospital was truly outstanding, and I want to convey our deep appreciation. Dr. Joseph A. Pattani sir deserves special recognition for his excellent professionalism and the genuine, parental touch he extended in caring for my daughter. His expertise and compassionate approach were remarkable and greatly reassuring during a challenging time. I would also like to thank each and every nurse who took care of my daughter. Their dedication and nurturing care made the hospital environment feel more like a loving family atmosphere. They cared for my daughter as if she were their own, and for that, we are truly grateful. Despite it being our first visit to your hospital, we were not disappointed. The level of care, cleanliness, and professionalism displayed by your entire staff exceeded our expectations. It felt more like a family gathering than a hospital stay. Thank you for your wonderful service. Please extend our gratitude to Dr. Joseph A. Very good hospital. All the staffs are very much attentive. Recently had to take my blood test and I used to have dizziness earlier. I checked my situation with Doctor I was consulting and she arranged a situation which was favourable to me in no time. Such was their care and service. Doctors are so cool that we could ask any questions regarding disease. Has a good cafe named soul with good vibe to have refreshments.
